Our empathy simulations provide a powerful, one-of-a-kind experience that offers insight into what it’s like to navigate the world with dyslexia, ADHD, autism, and challenges in executive function. These 30-minute simulation sessions are carefully crafted to highlight the impact of stress, sensory demands, and the limitations of environments not built for diverse needs.

We also provide impactful and memorable sessions around misogyny and cognitive bias , learning about the psychology and historical impacts as well as looking at how the brain works when impacted. 

We typically recreate a training or learning environment to give participants a firsthand experience of these challenges. However, we can also tailor simulations for more specific scenarios, such as custody experiences (requiring arrangement within your station). This flexibility allows us to cater to the unique needs of your organisation, providing a truly relevant and impactful experience.

In addition, we offer a Stress Workshop as part of this package, exploring how stress affects our executive functions and decision-making abilities. This workshop adds an important layer of understanding, helping participants see how stress can impact focus, memory, and behaviour. 

Unlike traditional inclusivity training, our simulations are immersive and engaging, designed to evoke genuine understanding and empathy.
