At Raven Wolf Specialists, our story began with a passion for helping businesses succeed. Our founders saw a need for personalised, results-driven consulting services, and set out to create a company that would meet that need. Today, we continue to uphold that same passion and commitment to excellence.
The “Raven” in Raven Wolf symbolises the Skipp family’s innovative spirit and enduring commitment to positive change, while the “Wolf” embodies the O’Connor family’s strength and resilience.
Together, these elements form a strong foundation for the company’s mission.
At Raven Wolf Specialists, we believe that collaboration is key to success. We work closely with our clients to understand their challenges and goals, and develop solutions that are tailored to their unique needs. Our approach is transparent, results-driven, and designed to help you thrive.
In 1994, Chris and Lesley Skipp founded C.J. Computing (Systems) Limited, a pioneering company committed to designing computers, technology, and software to empower and support vulnerable and disabled individuals within the community. Their vision was to make technological advancements accessible to everyone, creating innovative solutions that transformed lives and opened doors for those often left behind. Whilst also developing computers and technology.
Throughout its years of operation, C.J. Computing (Systems) Limited earned a reputation for groundbreaking work. Experimenting with force feedback and touch and speak software and hardware. The company developed tools for individuals in need, contributed new software to the beloved animation Wallace and Gromit, and provided computers to countless schools and even royalty.
Now, with Chris and Lesley enjoying a well-deserved retirement, the legacy of C.J. Computing (Systems) Limited lives on through Raven Wolf Specialists. This new family business carries forward the same enthusiasm and dedication to advancing technology and fostering inclusivity.
Project Tiff is phase one for Raven Wolf Specalists:
Project Tiff was started by Director Tiffany, whose journey with dyslexia and technology began at an early age. As a young girl, Tiffany enjoyed exploring the technology at her grandparents’ company, C.J. Computing (Systems) . Unbeknownst to her, these interactive games were sharpening her strengths as a dyslexic learner.
School, however, was a different experience, particularly at the GCSE stage, where a lack of teacher training and misconceptions about dyslexia made academic life challenging. It wasn’t until college and university that inclusive technology and design helped Tiffany truly thrive, opening doors in academia that once seemed out of reach. Now, as a PhD candidate and lecturer, Tiffany is dedicated to her vision of making education and training accessible to people of all ages, in all places.
Project Tiff embodies this commitment, offering tools and experiences that help organisations create environments where everyone can flourish.
